Information Technology Analyst

Location: Hybrid | Financial Technology Company

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for onsite and remote employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Configure and deploy Windows and macOS devices.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, One Drive, and SharePoint.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra .
• Support VPN, MFA, and endpoint management through Intune.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and hardware provisioning.
• Support conference room technology and video conferencing platforms.
• Manage incidents through Service Now or a similar ticketing system.
• Document solutions and elevate complex issues when necessary.

• 2+ years of IT Support or Help Desk experience.
• Strong experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra , and Intune.
• Experience with Service Now or another ticketing platform.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience supporting financial services or fintech environments.
• Familiarity with Crowd Strike, Microsoft Defender, Okta, or Power Shell.
• CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
