HCM Technical Consultant
Serve as the primary technical lead for a large-scale SaaS implementation, owning technical execution and serving as the key interface between the client, implementation team, and off-shore delivery resources. Provide end-to-end technical leadership across solution design, data migration, environment management, integrations, reporting, and deployment. Lead technical sessions with knowledge of OCI, OIC (Common Integration Framework), APIs, middleware, network, firewall, etc. Lead POC for client internal security reviews on mobile, AI, etc.
Drive technical readiness and lead data validation cycles, integration test cycles and support overall test cycles including E2E, Payroll Parallel, time validation and UAT. Lead production cut-over planning and readiness. Mostly remote but may have onsite for certain activities. Looking for HCM Technical Lead/Architect. Should have minimum experience of Two full Cloud SaaS HCM implementation as Technical Lead.
