Job Description Insight Global is seeking a BI Engineer to own and evolve all internal operational analytics systems. This is a hands-on individual contributor (IC) role with the opportunity to take on Agile leadership responsibilities (Scrum Master or Product Owner) within a highly collaborative Scrum environment. You'll be responsible for building dashboards, reports, and lightweight data pipelines to support operations across the organization.
• Own and manage all operational reporting systems
• Design and build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Fabric
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insights
• Build and maintain lightweight ETL pipelines using Azure tools
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and potentially take on a Scrum leadership role
• Report directly to the Director of Product Management
