- Commensurate with experience Hybrid Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Attorney with at least 1-3 years of foreclosure experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in foreclosure matters and be comfortable handling high-volume caseloads.

Responsibilities Include:

* Oversee foreclosure cases from intake through entry of Final Judgment and sale
* Review and approve Complaints, Amended Complaints, motions, and notices
* Review title updates, including confirmation of Lis Pendens recording
* Review demand letters for legal sufficiency and compliance
* Review estoppel letters for accuracy and legal completeness
* Review drafted payoff and reinstatement letters
* Evaluate and respond to title claims as needed
* Attend contested and uncontested hearings and trials
* Assist with the completion of client reporting
* Correspond with opposing counsel and clients regarding matters handled by the firm
* Update LPS, TEMPO, Noteflow, Case Aware, and other client systems, including timely responses to client emails

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
* Active license and good standing
* At least 1-3 years of foreclosure experience
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Computer proficiency required
