A company is looking for a Senior Trial Attorney specializing in Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist matters.
Key Responsibilities Represent insured individuals and the company in Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist arbitrations and litigation, as well as Bodily Injury (BI) matters Handle time-sensitive petitions and responsive pleadings, ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines Prepare for and conduct arbitrations, hearings, mediations, and depositions while managing a caseload of related cases
Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in New York Significant experience in litigation, particularly in insurance defense Strong research and writing skills related to legal advocacy Ability to manage a caseload effectively and collaborate with claims professionals
