Litigation Attorney – Complex Commercial & Electronic Payments Compensation: $150,000 – $220,000 (DOE)

You will step into meaningful responsibility on day one: owning cases, driving strategy, and working directly with sophisticated clients in high-stakes matters. This role is ideal for a litigator who wants impact, autonomy, and a clear path to growth—not just another “slot” on a large team.

• Lead Florida civil litigation matters from intake through resolution and trial.
• Draft and argue motions, manage written discovery, and develop case strategy.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues on complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes.
• Work directly with clients and local counsel across the country.

• 3+ years of Florida civil litigation experience (state and/or federal).
• Strong command of the FRCP and Florida procedural rules.
• Excellent written advocacy, courtroom presence, and client communication.
• High ownership mentality, strong organization, and comfort with a fast-moving docket.

• $150K–$220K base compensation, depending on experience.
