Job Summary: Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Location: West Boca Medical Center, 21644 State Road 7, Boca Raton, FL 33428.

Schedule: Full‑time and part‑time schedules. Days and hours may vary, including rotating weekends; more details upon interview.

Pay: $15.00 per hour fixed. Will train as needed.

• Previous floor technician experience is preferred.
• Must have knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance and proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment for large areas.
• Use proper procedures for carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
