Irrigation​/Maintenance Technician

Join a respected and well-established residential HOA community in Boca Raton, FL, as a Part‑Time Irrigation & Maintenance Technician. As a valued member of the maintenance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the community’s irrigation systems and property remain in top condition, directly contributing to the community’s appearance and residents’ satisfaction.

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain community irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance
• Perform irrigation repairs, including pipes up to 3 inches in diameter
• Maintain and adjust irrigation pumps and timers as needed
• Conduct regular wet checks to identify and address irrigation issues
• Carry out general property maintenance and minor repairs throughout the community and clubhouse
• Perform pressure cleaning of designated areas as required
• Safely operate hand and power tools for maintenance tasks
• Promptly communicate maintenance concerns or issues to management
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Assist with other property maintenance duties as assigned

• Previous experience in irrigation system maintenance and repair
• General property maintenance experience
• Familiarity with irrigation pumps, timers, wet checks, and minor irrigation repairs
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Pressure‑cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical maintenance tasks
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently
• Dependable, professional, and punctual
• Good communication skills in English

$27.00 per hour | Part-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM (approximately 20 hours per week)
