* About the role:

We are looking for a Manager, Client Development who will be a brand ambassador and business leader focused on delivering extraordinary experiences for internal team and clients. They will play a crucial role for driving the business, coaching, and managing a diverse team, and equipping the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge.

Through spending time on the selling floor, coach and always inspire team to deliver an elevated client experience for all clients  Fostering a meaningful client experience centered around inclusion and connection

Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively Understanding of, and passion for client experience

Excellent communication skills Foreign language skills are preferred but not required

Minimum 5 years of related experience Ability to lift 15 lb. A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $120,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
