A well-established Southeast-based General Contractor delivering large-scale commercial projects across Florida. Known for a people-first culture, stable leadership, and decades of repeat business with private and public sector clients. Projects include commercial, education, medical, municipal, and mid-rise builds ranging from $10M–$100M+.

• Oversee ground-up commercial projects from precon through closeout (typically $20M–$70M).
• Lead project scheduling, budget tracking, buyout, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Partner closely with Superintendents to drive field execution and maintain strict project milestones.
• Act as the main point of contact for owners, design teams, engineers, inspectors, and internal leadership.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost projections with precision.
• Ensure safety, compliance, quality, and documentation standards are consistently met.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented project culture.

• 5–10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC.
• Strong background in ground-up commercial projects (ideally $15M+).
• Proven success managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance.
• Tech-savvy Procore, P6, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.
• Ability to lead confidently, communicate clearly, and build long-term internal/external relationships.
