- Oversee ground-up commercial projects from precon through closeout (typically $20M–$70M).
- Lead project scheduling, budget tracking, buyout, procurement, and subcontractor management.
- Partner closely with Superintendents to drive field execution and maintain strict project milestones.
- Act as the main point of contact for owners, design teams, engineers, inspectors, and internal leadership.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost projections with precision.
- Ensure safety, compliance, quality, and documentation standards are consistently met.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented project culture.
- 5–10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC.
- Strong background in ground-up commercial projects (ideally $15M+).
- Proven success managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance.
- Tech-savvy Procore, P6, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.
- Ability to lead confidently, communicate clearly, and build long-term internal/external relationships.
