** Team Overview
** The team supports Sales by servicing larger customers and works closely with Billing, Credentialing, Compliance, and Legal partners. Our customers are FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) - focused resellers, making accuracy, compliance, and responsiveness critical. The team plays a key role in ensuring high quality, compliant service delivery across all engagements.
This role reports directly to the Senior Manager - Sales Support Operations division.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
** Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
*** In this role, you will be responsible for developing a highly functioning support team by leading timely execution, quality, and accuracy of all work performed by your team.
* Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
* Manage and direct the team’s day‐to‐day activities, with a clear understanding of workflow management and resource allocation.
* Spend approximately 20% of time performing similar work as those supervised.
* Prepare mid‐year and end‐of‐year reviews by analyzing productivity, quality of work, and departmental contributions.
* Monitor, maintain, and help improve employee performance through consistent feedback and coaching.
* Mentor and develop associates and support professional growth.
* Assist with cross‐departmental projects to timely and successful completion.
* Perform special projects as needed.
** Required Knowledge and Experiences
*** High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred
* Prior leadership experience preferred
* Previous sales and/or support work experience strongly desired
* Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, multitask effectively, and work independently
* Strong listening and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to make independent decisions
* Proactively generates ideas for improvement and provides recommendations to enhance processes and procedures
* Curious mindset with a desire to understand existing perspectives and workflows
* Strong attention to detail with analytical skills and the ability to grasp, retain, and apply concepts
* Ability to prioritize work in a fast‐paced environment to meet productivity standards, deadlines, and departmental SLEs
* Consistently meets established productivity standards and deadlines
** Required Technical Skills
*** Experience with Salesforce.
* Strong mathematical and analytical skills with Excel proficiency
