Position: Residential Program Supervisor (Boca Raton/Girls Group Home)
Position Overview:

The Program Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the direct care and supervision of children is maintained in accordance with established organizational policies and procedures. The Program Supervisor is also responsible for the overall management of assigned program(s), including but not limited to daily operations; fiscal management; staffing and the provision of a safe and caring therapeutic milieu.

Here’s what the job involves:

Lead and supervise a team of direct care professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance support.

Create and maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for youth in residential care.

Recruit, train, onboard, and retain high-quality staff while fostering a positive team culture.

Ensure compliance with agency policies, licensing standards, and contractual requirements.

Oversee daily program operations, including staff scheduling, activities, documentation, and client services.

Coordinate care with families, schools, therapists, case managers, and community partners to support positive outcomes for youth.

Respond to critical incidents, provide on-call support, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

Manage program resources, budgets, supplies, and quality improvement efforts to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree in social services strongly preferred.

Minimum four (4) years of residential/child welfare experience.

Minimum one (1) year supervisory and operations experience.

Valid Florida’s driver’s license is required.

Successful completion of a background check through Clearinghouse (learn more)
