We are seeking an astute Director of Operations/Director of Engineering to oversee the holistic operations of our firm. A pivotal leadership role, this position commands a deep understanding of both the technical nuances of civil engineering and the strategic facets of business operations.

• Oversee and optimize operational procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Spearhead project management initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Direct and mentor a dynamic team of 35+ professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Drive business development strategies, leveraging industry insights to ensure competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute long-term business plans and objectives.
• Foster key client relationships, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee financial management, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related discipline;
  Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 to 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 4-5 years in a project management capacity.
• Prior experience in a senior leadership role (Director, Senior PM, Department Lead) is mandatory.
• Solid business acumen, with demonstrable experience in operational strategy and financial management.
• Familiarity with streets, roadways, water management, stormwater, paving and drainage, water and sewer systems, and related projects.
