We are a fast-growing interior design and home staging company dedicated to creating exceptional spaces and delivering outstanding client experiences. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a highly capable, people-focused leader to oversee our production, logistics, warehouse operations, and field teams.

The Head of Production & Logistics is responsible for overseeing all warehouse, logistics, moving, installation, inventory, and field operations. This person will ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and timely while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and customer service.

The ideal candidate combines operational excellence with strong people leadership. They will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members while creating systems and processes that support the company's continued growth.

• Lead, manage, and develop warehouse installation teams
• Directly oversee Inventory Manager, Crew Leads, Installers
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train installers, and warehouse team members
• Build a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
• Establish clear expectations, KPIs, and standards of excellence
• Lead by example through professionalism, discipline, humility, and integrity

• Oversee all scheduling, routing, deliveries, installations, pickups, and warehouse activities
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at company quality standards
• Manage labor planning and resource allocation across multiple projects
• Develop and improve operational systems, workflows, and efficiencies
• Coordinate logistics between design teams, warehouse staff, vendors, and clients
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement proactive solutions

• Oversee warehouse organization, safety, maintenance, and operational efficiency
• Manage inventory systems and ensure accurate tracking of furniture, accessories, and staging assets
• Supervise inventory control processes, audits, receiving, and quality control
• Ensure proper handling, storage, protection, and transportation of company assets
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and warehouse resources

• Serve as a professional representative of the company when interacting with clients, and vendors
• Resolve challenges quickly and professionally
• Build strong relationships with vendors and service providers
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout project execution

• Promote a culture of safety throughout all warehouse and field operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Maintain vehicle, equipment, and warehouse safety standards

• 4+ years of leadership experience in logistics, moving, warehouse operations, furniture installation, staging, interior design operations, or related fields
• Proven experience managing teams and developing leaders
• Experience hiring, training, and coaching employees
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
• Ability to lead multiple teams and projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• High level of accountability and ownership
• Comfortable using technology, software, AI tools, and operational systems to improve efficiency
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move 75+ pounds as needed
• Have a reliable form of transportation and live within 20 miles of Boca Raton, FL

• Experience driving a 26-foot box truck
• Experience loading, securing, transporting, and protecting furniture
• Knowledge of professional moving techniques, including wrapping, packing, and furniture installation
