Crossover is seeking a Director of Admissions and Enrollment to lead the full lifecycle for prospective families on campus. You will own engagement, evaluation, and onboarding, shaping how families understand and align with our rigorous Alpha model.
In this role you will manage 20+ concurrent engagements, coordinate campus visits and CRM-driven forecasting, and ensure trust, confidentiality, and high-touch service. This is a full-time, contractor-of-record position with competitive compensation.
