Responsibilities
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies for assigned categories.
- Oversee selection, pricing, and lifecycle management of product assortments.
- Establish and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.
- Partner with various departments to coordinate and execute merchandising initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing merchandising team.
- Monitor and analyze category performance metrics and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in functional roles, including 4 years in managerial positions
- Proficient in analyzing sales data, market trends, and financial reports
- Comfortable using merchandising and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP)
- Bachelor's degree
