What we're looking for:

• MBA required. You need to understand operations, people, processes and how to make a growing organization run better instead of simply scheduling more meetings to discuss why it isn't.
• A strong financial skill set is a major plus — budgeting, forecasting, P&L awareness, financial analysis and understanding what the numbers are actually telling you.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but NOT required.
• Healthcare operations experience and the ability to lead through growth will get our attention.
• The company is expanding, there's flexibility in how the position could be structured, and hybrid may be possible for the right person.
• And then there's Boca. You could take an operations job somewhere with gray skies, freezing rain and a parking lot view… Or you could run operations in Boca Raton. Your call.
