Quality Manager

PEC is an international technology supplier, committed to enable the production of green batteries for a Blue Planet. We are looking for a Quality Manager to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is based at our Huzhou Plant, China. By joining us, you will contribute to building the first large scale battery factories in Europe, Asia and the United States.

As the Quality Manager
, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes in our production facility in China. You will make sure our products are compliant with industry standards and customer requirements.

• Manage the QC engineers’ team in China
• Develop, implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures in our production process.
• Control our suppliers to ensure all deliveries meet company standards.
• Be involved in quality audits and testing procedures.
• Train the QC and production teams on quality procedures.
• Identify root causes with regards to non-compliance and defects.
• Maintain documents related to quality standards.

Collaborate with and feed back to our cross-functional engineering teams for product improvements

• Master degree in Quality Management, Production or Engineering
• 5 year of proven experience as Quality Manager, in a production/manufacturing environment
• An in-depth knowledge of quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English
