Shipping Associate

• Reports To: Shipping Manager / Operations Manager
• Location: On-site
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Compensation: Hourly (based on experience)

We are hiring multiple Shipping Associates to support the fulfillment operations of our sports card breaks business. This role will focus primarily on sorting and packing base cards and preparing outbound packages for shipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, fast, detail‑oriented, and comfortable performing repetitive work with a high degree of accuracy.

This is a hands‑on warehouse‑style role that plays a key part in ensuring our customers receive their cards correctly and on time.

• Pack base cards into envelopes and packages according to company standards
• Label shipments and prepare packages for outgoing mail
• Assist with organizing cards, supplies, and shipping materials
• Maintain a clean and organized packing workspace
• Perform quality checks to ensure packages are complete and properly secured
• Follow packing processes to ensure cards are protected from damage during shipping

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a repetitive packing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical work
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and stay focused
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

• Prior experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or e-commerce packing
• Familiarity with sports cards and handling collectible products (preferred but not required)
• Strong work ethic and ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Ability to follow standardized packing procedures
