POSITION SUMMARYAs an Operator you will play a key role in producing world‑class products for these brands. You will work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure the production line runs smoothly. This entry‑level role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
SHIFT SCHEDULEThis role operates on the 3rd shift with a schedule of Sunday night – Friday morning, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.
ONBOARDING SCHEDULEThe onboarding program is structured for 4–5 days, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is required to be completed during the first week.
RESUME & QUALIFICATIONSMust have basic proficiency of the English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies, and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients
- Complete quality checks and record data
- Keep the work area clean
- Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
- Comfortable using computers or tablets
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math and mechanical understanding
- Strong attention to detail
- Team‑oriented and dependable
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
