Overview
Machine Operator (Full-time) - Evening Shift. At Nestlé Health Science, we believe that nutrition, science, and wellness must merge, not collide. We seek to empower healthier lives through our broad product portfolio and pharmaceutical expertise. This role supports the production line with attention to safety, quality, and efficiency.
Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures. This role operates on the 2nd shift, with a schedule of Monday-Friday 3:00-11:30pm.
OnboardingOnboarding schedule:
To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.
As an Operator, you’ll help make the world-class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry-level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key. Your work helps ensure every item that leaves the line is something we’re proud of.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients
- Complete quality checks and record data
- Keep your work area clean
- Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math and mechanical understanding
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
- Comfortable using computers or tablets
