Operator Day Shift

Position Overview

Production Operator responsible for maintaining smooth operation of manufacturing line. Must have basic proficiency in English, read, write, and understand instructions. The role operates on the 1st shift, Monday‑Friday 7:00 am‑3:30 pm.

Structured 4‑5‑day onboarding program, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, completed during first week.

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients
• Complete quality checks and record data
• Keep work area clean
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout shift
• Basic proficiency in English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
• Comfortable using computers or tablets
• Able to read, write, and understand English
• Basic math and mechanical understanding
• Strong attention to detail
• Team‑oriented and dependable
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
