Technician, I Fill Finish – Boca Raton, FL

Job Overview

Position Summary

The Technician, I Fill Finish is responsible for the final finishing of plasma products, including aseptic filling, visual inspection, vial labeling, serialization, and final packaging. The role reports to the Supervisor/Sr. Manager of Fill Finish Operations and operates under the guidance of the Group Leader.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Cleans and sanitizes equipment before and after use.
  • Responsible for area cleaning, disinfection and waste removal.
  • Maintains raw material and component inventories and performs cycle counts.
  • Maintains an organized GMP state, participates in area walk‑throughs, follows up on and closes observations.
  • Performs material handling related activities for raw materials, components and finished goods.
  • Stocks area airlocks and production rooms with consumables and gowning supplies.
  • Responsible for all production operations as assigned.
  • Performs loading and unloading of the filling system.
  • Performs visual inspection of filled products.
  • Performs vial labeling, serialization and final packaging of filled products.
  • Takes product samples.
  • Completes and audits batch records and logbooks following Good Documentation Practices.
Competencies
  • Ability to follow cGMP procedures with great attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals, overcome obstacles and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience and Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required. GMP and/or aseptic filling experience preferred.

Compliance Requirements

Strict adherence to FDA regulations and company policies governing cGMP operations, including completion of required compliance training, accurate documentation, and proactive participation in compliance reviews.
