Operator Day Shift

Position Summary

As an Operator, you’ll help produce world‑class products behind the brands and follow safety and quality procedures to keep everything running smoothly on the production line. This is an entry‑level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key.

This role operates on the 1st shift, Monday‑Friday 7:00am‑3:30pm.

Onboarding: structured 4–5 day program, 8:00AM‑5:00PM during the first week.

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep work area clean.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred).
• Comfortable using computers or tablets.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math and mechanical understanding.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented and dependable.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
