Operator Overnight Shift

Overview

The Nexis Health Science team is looking for a detail‑oriented Operator to support the production of high‑quality nutritional products on the 3rd shift. The role requires basic English proficiency to follow verbal and written instructions.

Shift

Schedule:

Sunday night – Friday morning, 11:00 pm–7:30 am.
Onboarding: A 4–5‑day program from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm is included. All new employees complete onboarding during their first week.

The operator works with production machinery, follows safety and quality procedures, and ensures the line runs smoothly. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key to delivering products that meet brand standards.

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep the work area clean.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred).
• Comfortable using computers or tablets.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math and mechanical understanding.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and dependable.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
