Job Summary:
Support the Regional Manager in executing marketing strategies and driving sales growth. Assist in implementing marketing plans, managing leads, and coordinating events. Track sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient market expansion and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Manager in representing the Blue Ivy Coaching brand in the Boca Raton market.
  • Help build and maintain relationships with current and potential partners.
  • Contribute ideas, research, and expertise to support the development of marketing strategies.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing marketing plans for various products and services.
  • Assist in organizing marketing timelines and collaborate with colleagues, sponsors, and partners to implement strategies across multiple channels.
  • Support sales initiatives, including special promotions, sponsored events, and outreach efforts.
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Track sales and marketing data, helping to analyze trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing performance reports and presenting information to management.
  • Support the assignment and execution of marketing and sales projects or client accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings as needed.

Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in marketing and sales

Job location: Hybrid work model, working from the office two to three days per week, with the remaining days remote. Occasional in-person meetings and events.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time
Occasional weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) during special events such as college fairs, agent events, outreach efforts, etc.
