The Digital Marketing & Promotions Specialist is responsible for coordinating, executing, and optimizing Cost.
U.Less’ digital marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and brand messaging in alignment with marketing strategy and brand standards. This role supports the Marketing Manager in implementing digital marketing strategies while exercising independent judgement in campaign execution and performance optimization. The position plays a key role in driving customer engagement, maintaining brand consistency, and enhancing promotional performance through digital content creation, loyalty marketing, campaign analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Primary responsibilities include management of social media content and digital campaigns, oversight of the Whats App Loyalty Program, development and deployment of email marketing initiatives, promotional coupon set‑up and analysis, and contribution to promotional post‑mortem reporting and insights.
This role also contributes to the development and execution of promotional branding initiatives, including campaign messaging, signage support, marketing templates, and customer‑facing creative assets across digital and in‑store channels. In addition, the position supports the execution of monthly promotional advertising through ad proofing, messaging guidance, and collaboration with merchants, graphic designers, and store teams to help ensure brand standards and promotional objectives are consistently achieved.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, analytical, detail‑oriented, and organized, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced retail environment.

- Support brand consistency across digital platforms, promotional messaging, and customer‑facing marketing materials

U.Less Whats App Loyalty Program, including monthly campaigns, coupon deployment, subscriber engagement, and promotional communications - Recommend changes to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness based on performance data
- Oversee promotional coupon set‑up, testing, and execution across digital marketing channels
- Analyze promotional performance, coupon redemption trends, and customer engagement metrics
- Contribute to promotional post‑mortem reporting and provide recommendations for future campaign optimization
- Review and provide feedback during the proofing and quality control of monthly promotional ads and related marketing materials
- Flag issues and recommend corrections related to messaging, pricing, or execution
- Ensure consistency of promotional messaging, pricing accuracy, and brand standards across advertising assets
- Collaborate with merchants, graphic designers, and marketing leadership to support promotional execution
