Are you an expert in all things e-commerce and digital growth?
We’re a dynamic and fast-growing group of beauty brands operating across both the professional beauty space and direct-to-consumer, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support our paid media and e-commerce marketplace efforts while collaborating across broader marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to balanceperformance marketing with brand storytelling, brings a creative point of view, and thrives in a collaborative, positive, and fast-paced team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Leadpaid digital advertising strategy and executionacross key channels, including Amazon, supporting both professional and DTC objectives.
- Partner closely with our digital agency of recordand internal marketing team to develop strong, scalable ad programming across platforms.
- Own Amazon advertising and marketplace performance, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Overseee-commerce marketplace management, ensuring PDPs are optimized, accurate, and aligned with brand, education, and retail standards
- Supportdirect-to-consumer performance through Shopify, including site optimization, promotions, and campaign support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally onbroader marketing initiatives, including product launches, education moments, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Contribute toCRM, social media programming and UGC creation, partnering with social and creative teams to develop content that drives engagement and conversion.
- Analyze performance, share insights, and continuously optimize digital programs across channels.
- Stay current on trends in professional beauty, DTC e-commerce, and paid media
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or paid media within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Experience working across professional beauty and/or DTC environments(salon, pro, retail, or marketplace experience a plus)
- Hands-on experience with Shopify,Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
- Strong understanding of paid media performance metrics, attribution, and optimization
- Experience collaborating with internal teams and external agencies
- A collaborative, organized, and proactive working style
