Job Description

The Studio is a growing beauty brand with two Boca Raton locations offering hair, nails, massage, facials, waxing, lashes, and spa services. We’re looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Account Manager who understands how to build a brand, manage our business account, create engaging content, organize data, and grow an online community. If you love beauty, content creation, photography, and marketing, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Create, film, edit and manage social media content on Instagram Reels, Tik Toks, Stories, and short-form videos.
• Photograph services, staff, products, and salon events.
• Write engaging captions and calls to action.
• Stay current on beauty and social media trends.
• Brainstorm promotions, giveaways, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor analytics and provide input on Meta Business Suites.
• Work with salon management and service providers to create content.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional social media management experience.
• Strong portfolio of social media work.
• Experience creating Reels that receive strong engagement.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Experience editing videos using Cap Cut, Canva, or similar software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and creative.
• Beauty industry experience is a plus.
