Rossen Law Firm seeks a Senior Content Creator to lead high-impact content for a fast-growing criminal defense practice. You will own content strategy and execution across blogs, landing pages, email, social media, and video scripts, translating complex legal issues into clear, persuasive storytelling. Partner closely with attorneys and marketing to build trust, generate qualified leads, and support clients through stressful situations.

Ideal candidates bring strong SEO, editorial, and campaign experience plus a portfolio of performance-driven content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategy aligned with firm marketing goals
• Plan, write, and edit blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, and video scripts
• Optimize content for SEO, conversion, and brand consistency
• Collaborate with attorneys to translate legal concepts into clear, compelling content
• Manage content calendar and oversee content production workflows
• Analyze content performance and refine strategy using data and KPIs
• Ensure all content complies with legal, ethical, and bar advertising rules
• Coordinate with designers/videographers on multimedia content
• Maintain brand voice across all digital and print channels
• Support campaigns for seminars, webinars, and client education
