Role
Summary:
As a member of our Member Communications team, you'll play a key role in the production and management of the Company’s operational (i.e., non-marketing) communications, as well as in writing and assisting with responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), due diligence requests, and ad hoc requests. Your essential responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Work with various business units to help ensure their timely drafting and release of operational communications, such as notices and statements.
- Review and manage all RFP requests by clarifying specifications, scope of work, and legal/regulatory requirements; ensure timely communication and completion of RFPs with Regional Office staff; lead and support all proposal production activities (including editing, graphics, proofreading, printing, assembly, packaging, tracking, and delivery); and maintain and enhance RFP database content in Qvidian in collaboration with RFP support staff.
Often, we rely on outside print and distribution vendors to disseminate our operational communications to our customers. You will work closely with these vendors to ensure they have the distribution lists and materials they need to complete the distributions.
As we are looking to continually improve our operational communications with respect to readability, design, execution, and production, we would want your regular comments and feedback about our operational communications and process.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Administrative Operations team and other business members as needed.
- Create new RFP response content, edit draft content, and update existing content.
- Monitor regulatory and business deadlines.
- Provide status updates and other reporting around RFPs and other work.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, writing, and editing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of workplace retirement plan experience
- FINRA Series 6

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus; whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and / or Company performance.
Base Salary Range:
Phoenix, AZ: $68,000 - $102,000
