The Marketing & Branding Strategist role at Kanner & Pintaluga is responsible for strengthening the firm's brand presence and developing strategic marketing campaigns designed to attract both prospective employees and clients. This role will focus on showcasing what differentiates the firm as an employer while also highlighting the firm's legal successes, knowledge, and experience to strengthen its position in the marketplace.
The Marketing & Branding Strategist will work closely with firm leadership and internal teams to develop compelling content and campaigns that communicate the firm's unique value, reinforce its brand identity, and differentiate Kanner & Pintaluga from both competing employers and law firms.
What you’ll do:- Marketing & Branding Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies that strengthen Kanner & Pintaluga's brand identity and market presence.
- Campaign Management: Develop and manage campaigns designed to increase awareness of the firm among prospective clients and employees.
- Employer Branding: Lead employer-branding initiatives that communicate the firm's culture, employee experience, career opportunities, and differentiators to prospective talent.
- Client-Facing Marketing: Develop and execute campaigns that highlight the firm's legal experience, successes, capabilities, and practice areas to generate awareness and prospective client interest.
- Content Creation: Create compelling marketing content for digital and traditional channels, including website content, social media, advertisements, internal communications, and promotional materials.
- Leadership & Attorney
Collaboration:
Partner with Managing Attorneys to identify significant case results, attorney accomplishments, and stories that can be leveraged for branding and marketing purposes. - Brand Consistency & Compliance: Manage the firm's brand voice and visual identity across channels while ensuring marketing materials comply with applicable legal advertising rules and firm policies.
- Content Calendar & Digital Presence: Develop and maintain a content calendar across employer-branding, client-facing, recruiting, and firm-wide marketing initiatives; monitor and manage social media platforms, online profiles, and other digital channels.
- Market Research & Analytics: Monitor market trends and competitor marketing strategies within the legal industry, analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- HR
Collaboration:
Collaborate with Human Resources to develop campaigns and initiatives designed to attract and engage high-quality candidates. - Additional Support: Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Marketing
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field. - Marketing
Experience:
3 or more years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, or public relations. - Campaign Execution: Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Content Marketing: Experience creating content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, and other marketing channels.
- Branding Knowledge: Strong understanding of branding principles, content strategy, audience engagement, and digital marketing.
- Audience Messaging: Experience developing messaging and campaigns for different target audiences, including clients and prospective employees.
- Communication
Skills:
