Manager of Integrated Marketing & Communications

This is a hands-on role for a versatile B2B marketer who combines strong writing and communications skills with the ability to independently execute across Hub Spot, website, Linked In, email, and other core marketing channels. The role will partner with Marketing, business leaders, and external agencies to move initiatives from strategy through execution.

• Develop and execute internal and external communications, including executive communications, employee newsletters, website content, thought leadership, email, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Manage internal communications, including newsletters, leadership updates, communications calendars, and employee communication channels.
• Execute integrated marketing and demand generation campaigns across Hub Spot, website, email, Linked In, webinars, and other channels.
• Manage website content and Linked In activity, including organic and paid campaigns, executive amplification, and basic performance reporting.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, HR, and executive leadership to execute marketing and communications priorities.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers, and other marketing resources as needed.
• Support special projects involving corporate marketing, events, customer advocacy, executive visibility, sales enablement, and employee engagement.

• 6 years of B2B marketing, integrated marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing, or related experience.
• Healthcare technology or healthcare services experience required, preferably supporting hospitals, health systems, IDNs, or other provider organizations.
• Revenue cycle management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and communications skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Hands‑on experience with Hub Spot or a comparable marketing automation platform, including campaigns, landing pages, forms, email, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience with website content management, Linked In organic and paid campaigns, email marketing, and digital campaign execution.
• Experience managing internal communications, including employee newsletters and executive communications.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with executives, cross‑functional teams, and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Hub Spot, Linked In, digital marketing, or related certifications are a plus.

This position does not initially have direct supervisory responsibility but may oversee agencies, freelancers, contractors, and other external resources.
