Social Media Manager

Sterling Forever is a fast-growing jewelry brand looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida.

This is a hands-on social media role for someone who understands what makes content perform and loves being involved in the day-to-day execution of a brand's social channels.

You'll work closely with our marketing team and collaborate on social strategy while executing against an established marketing and social calendar . Your role is to bring that calendar to life across Instagram, Facebook, You Tube Shorts, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.

You'll manage the daily social presence of the brand — planning content around the provided calendar, identifying trends and opportunities, creating and capturing content with models, coordinating with editors, publishing posts, engaging with our community, and monitoring performance.

You should be very comfortable picking up an iPhone and creating content. We're looking for someone who understands social media first and content production second.

• Own the day-to-day management and execution of Sterling Forever's organic social media channels.
• Develop and maintain a strategic social media content calendar aligned with product launches, promotions, influencer initiatives, cultural moments, trends, and broader marketing priorities.
• Plan, create, schedule in advance, publish, and optimize social content across Instagram, Facebook, You Tube Shorts, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Identify relevant trends, sounds, memes, conversations, hooks, and viral formats and quickly determine how Sterling Forever can participate in a brand‑right way.
• Concept and produce social-first content including Reels, short-form videos, carousels, Stories, product styling content, jewelry stacks, try‑ons, launches, founder content, educational content, behind-the-scenes moments, and trend‑driven creative.
• Work directly with models, creators, employees, and our founder to capture engaging social content.
• Shoot high-quality social content using an iPhone and available production equipment, including lighting, microphones, tripods, gimbals, and backdrops.
