, we serve thousands of children and families each year while supporting the growth and capacity of local nonprofits.
- Maintain and grow Spirit of Giving’s presence across social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Assist with writing, editing, and managing the monthly Spirit of Giving eNewsletter.
- Support development and distribution of press releases, media alerts, and community stories.
- Design flyers, digital graphics, and other marketing materials for Spirit of Giving programs and events.
- Capture photos and content at monthly nonprofit member meetings and special events for promotional use.
- Participate in Spirit of Giving’s signature programs, including:
- Back to School PBC! (Summer)
- Holiday Gift Drive (October–December)
- Boca Raton Bowl (December)
- Community Spirit Race (March)
- Assist with outreach to local media, community partners, and donors to promote awareness of Spirit of Giving’s mission and events.
- Collaborate with staff to brainstorm creative marketing campaigns and community engagement strategies.
Spirit of Giving seeks a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Marketing & Communications Intern to assist with daily communications, social media, and marketing efforts. This internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to learn about nonprofit marketing, public relations, and event promotion while making a meaningful difference in the community.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic storyteller who enjoys social media, design, and community engagement — and is eager to gain experience across multiple aspects of nonprofit marketing.
