We are now expanding our high-quality care throughout Palm Beach County, hiring skilled RNs to join our team. This position covers our South Palm Beach Zone
, including Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Boynton Beach
.

• Reliable Bi-Weekly Pay:
  Direct deposit every two weeks.

• High-quality, one-on-one skilled nursing care to geriatric patients.
• Assessments and OASIS documentation (with a team that helps you get it right).
• Coordinate with our clinical director and physicians.

• Routine Visit: $35.00 – $55.00 (Based on patient acuity and visit complexity)
• Start of Care (SOC) OASIS: $70.00

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Home Health experience preferred (specifically with OASIS documentation).
