Salary: $27.00 - $29.97 per hour

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will implement individualized care plans, perform essential medical procedures, and ensure the well‑being and dignity of those entrusted to your care.
Key Responsibilities- Order and manage necessary medications, supplies, and equipment to support resident care
- Implement personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs
- Perform wound care, treatments, and other medical procedures with precision and compassion
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of observations, interventions, and patient progress
- Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
- Valid and active LPN license in the State of Florida
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
