Position: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Shift: Full-Time | Day Shift
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). • Promote and maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment for residents and staff.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate nursing personnel to deliver exceptional care.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to plan, organize, and direct daily nursing operations.
• Participate in quality assurance, infection control, and staff development initiatives.
• Oversee and attend weekly wound rounds.
• Act as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, residents, and families.
• Assist in survey preparation and actively participate in inspections and audits.

• Active Florida RN License (required)
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of long-term care experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Proficient in Point Click Care  (PCC)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and foster a positive team culture
