- Provide Quality Care:
Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders. - Collaborative Care:
Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic resident wellness. - Monitor Resident Health:
Assess conditions, document findings, and report any changes in status promptly. - Administer Medications and Treatments:
Ensure safe and timely administration in compliance with facility protocols. - Advocate for Residents:
Foster dignity, respect, and person-centered care in every interaction. - Ensure Compliance:
Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. - Team Support:
Mentor CNAs and foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
- Active RN license in the state of Florida
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- A strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
