Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Boca Raton, Florida
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Salary: $27.00 – $29.97 per hour

Position Overview:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will implement individualized care plans, perform essential medical procedures, and ensure the well-being and dignity of those entrusted to your care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order and manage necessary medications, supplies, and equipment to support resident care

• Implement personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs

• Perform wound care, treatments, and other medical procedures with precision and compassion

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of observations, interventions, and patient progress

• Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility

• Valid and active LPN license in the State of Florida

• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
