Overview

Envision Healthcare is seeking certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) in Boca Raton and surrounding areas. The position is full‑time or part‑time with no call responsibilities.

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient surgical cases, covering a variety of specialties including orthopedics, gastrointestinal, gynecology, spine, and ophthalmology.
• Work within a care team of 15 anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs across multiple ASC locations.
• Attend scheduled shifts of 4–5 days a week, typically from 7a.m. to 3p.m. (ending up to 5p.m. on occasion).
• Adapt to varying case mixes and support team needs as clinically required.

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with current state license.
• Experience in an outpatient setting and comfort with moving cases between multiple locations.
• Strong teamwork skills, dedication, and flexibility.

• Base salary up to $217,000 annually, with possible incentive opportunities.
• Per diem rate of $150 per hour.
• Up to $45,000 start‑date bonus.
