• Administer medications and manage medication schedules.
• Perform wound care and administer injections as needed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and health conditions.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patient health upon request.

• Hold a current FL RN or LPN license.
• Valid Driver’s License or Photo  Social Security Card.
• Employment Authorization Document (EAD) to work in the U.S.
• Level 2 Criminal Background Check.
• Completion of clinical nursing practice, including experience with medication administration and patient assessment.
