Senior Care Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Baylor Weekend Home Health in the Boca Raton area. The RN will provide skilled nursing in patients' homes across the West Palm Beach to Delray Beach area, working independently with clinical support from managers and staff.
You will perform SOC/ROC/Recertification/Discharge visits, conduct comprehensive assessments, manage medications and wound care, and ensure timely OASIS documentation.
