The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care and assists nursing staff in delivering high-quality healthcare services. The CNA supports patients with daily living activities, monitors their condition, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Observe and report changes in patients’ physical, emotional, or mental condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and activities.
• Assist with meal setup and monitor food and fluid intake when required.
• Keep patient rooms clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests for assistance.
• Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals with patient care as directed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in FL.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of patient care techniques, infection prevention, and safety procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and assist patients safely.
• Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented.
