SynapseTBI in Florida is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our hybrid care team. The role blends in‑clinic evaluations with telehealth responsibilities to support patients with TBI, mTBI, and concussion care.
You will assess patients, develop and monitor care plans with physicians, document in EMR, and educate patients on diagnoses and recovery. Fluent English and Spanish, active Florida NP license, and CPR/BLS are required.
