• Provide Direct Patient Care as a licensed Registered Nurse (DPC RN) using patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner.

• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program
• Basic Life Support
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
• Registered Nurse

Additional Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or Baccalaureate degree in Nursing
• RNs hired prior to specified dates in various locations may not be required to have a BSN in a non-leadership role; others may need BSN within a defined timeframe
• RN must complete a preceptor class within twelve months of being deemed competent for independent practice
• Any of the following may be required depending on department: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP or ONS-Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Card

Minimum Required Experience

• 6 months RN infusion experience
• BLS required
• ONS required within 6 months of hire
