Senior Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Boca Raton team, providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes in accordance with physician orders and Medicare regulations.
The PRN RN will perform SOC/ROC/recertification visits, complete assessments (including OASIS when applicable), implement care plans, administer treatments, and educate patients and caregivers. Travel across Palm Beach County is expected.
