Quality Control Specialist , PSA

We’re looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our Quality Team to verify client requests for each order, ensuring accurate quantity and quality of outgoing products. The role is based in Boca Raton, Florida and reports to the Post Grading Manager.

• Inspect assembled parts and product for defects and deviations.
• Count and verify that the product quantity matches the submission form.
• Verify that information on the submission form matches the identifying sticker on the outside of the box.
• Verify that all information on the flip matches the information on the collectible item.

• Proactive problem‑solving skills with good judgment.
• Proficiency with computers and software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10‑key, and effective internet searching.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including email.
• Team player who can prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
• Committed to accuracy while maintaining productivity.
• Follow instructions well and respond to management directions.

• Long periods of sitting, walking and/or standing.
• Bending, twisting neck/waist, squatting, and regular hand use.
• Regularly lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds; occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds or more with employee help and/or proper equipment.

Hourly Range: $18.00 per hour (adjusted for location, experience and skills).
