Responsibilities
  • Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in residential real estate transactions.
  • Attend all scheduled training sessions and actively participate in professional development.
  • Work flexibly from the office, in the field, or from home as required.
  • Respond to lead/property inquiries via phone and email promptly.
  • Show properties to prospective buyers, tenants, and other agents.
Requirements
  • Member of the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors Board.
  • Minimum of 5 years of residency in Palm Beach County.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or higher education.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience with email and calendar management.
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Financial stability to support yourself until commission income is established, as this is a full time role.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
  • Established book of business.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Bold Trail and App Files.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position.
