Department Manager

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.;
Manage departments (Guest Service, Kitchen, People) including training, food safety, and inventory management, and report results.;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experience and that sales promotions are executed and staff are trained in service procedures.;
Ensure restaurant delivers quality food, is safe, and that food costs are controlled; train kitchen staff in production procedures.;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule staff to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; recognize and motivate employees.
